DIZZYFIX RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-Day return policy for DizzyFIX product. If you are not completely satisfied you can return your order within 30 days from the delivery date or in-store purchase date and you will receive a refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling if applicable).

  • Items purchased from Amazon or any external stores will need to be returned back to the online or retail store where you made your purchase and follow their return procedures.

DIZZYFIX STORE RETURNS

Items purchased direct from our DizzyFIX online store:

Domestic customers: Returns are FREE! - You will not be charged for returned shipping. To initiate an automated return please click the button below. You will need your DizzyFIX store order number and your zip code.

International customers (outside U.S.): You are responsible for return postage fees. Please email DizzyFIX customer service to request a return. info@dizzyfix.com

Please Note: We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender." Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product. After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes approximately 2-3 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
